Oh, Sweet Jane

J'ai passé quelques jours au Mans en collaborant avec une copine sur un projet artistique (plus tard je vous en reparlerai). Ces quelques photos on les a pris très vite fait, mais j'avais envie de profiter un peu du soleil et du beau paysage... Alors voilà, je profite pour vous montrer ma nouvelle jupe en velours, que j'ai fait moi-même (la crise nous force à la creativité). C'était une jupe vintage très longue qu'on m'avait offert et qui n'était pas vraiment mon style, mais j'ai adoré la matière alors j'ai décidé de faire quelque chose avec...je l'ai coupé, rajouté des boutons sur le devant, et voilà ce que ca donne! J'en suis plutôt fière... Le sac est en peau de serpent et vient de l'Israël, une copine à ma mère lui avait ramené d'un voyage dans les années 70s...et le t-shirt, c'est un cadeau de ma soeur venu tout juste de Mexico! Jane Birkin est mon idole depuis un moment, alors ca m'a vraiment fait plaisir le cadeau surprise...merci soeur!

I passed a couple of days in the city of Le Mans, working on an art project with a friend (I'll tell you more later on). We didn't have much time to take pictures, but I wanted to make the most of the sunlight and beautiful landscape...So I use the occasion to show you my new velvet skirt, that I customised on my own (crisis forces us to creativity). It was a very long vintage skirt that my landlord offered me and that wasn't really my style, but I loved the quality of the material so I decided to do something with it...I cut it, add buttons on the front, and here's the result! I'm rather proud of it...my handbag is on snakeskin and comes from Israel, a friend of mom brought it to her from a trip in the early 70s...and the t-shirt it's a gift from my sis and comes right from Mexico City! Jane Birkin has been my idol for a while now so I must say I appreciated a lot the surprise gift...thanks sis!
